At 11:07pm, October 03, 2021 I harvested Purple Grapes for a Regular Quest.
Despite me harvesting the Purple Grapes, they were not applied to the Quest.
Reason is unknown, as I used the same Harvest/Plow/Sow tool I always have used for crops needed for a Quest.
Please correct the problem, and credit my Quest with the Purple Grapes (if it's still open), or if the Quest is no longer open with 1 Farm Cash.

Hi Stephent,
I moved your post to the Help & Support subject thread about quests.

Did you harvest those purple grapes on your own farm yourself? If not then they will not count toward a quest. Are you sure it was purple grapes and not green grapes that you harvested.

I am sorry, but we can not credit your quest with the grapes nor credit you with 1 FC. That quest is still open and as it was only opened today then you have plenty of time to plant them again.

Hi Stephent,
The only thing I can suggest is to replant them and harvest again. There isn't anything we can do. I would suggest planting several and then only harvest one at a time as you only need 1 for the grape popsicle. That way you have extras if it doesn't take.


Edit: I just looked at your farms and I see you have some purple grapes on your farm 2 that are ready. Try harvesting 1 then look and see if it took.

Hi Iran

You get the message about "Im busy" when what you have been doing has not been saved yet.

Are you getting that message when you open the quest manager and then click in Open button for a facility? Which quest is giving you that problem?

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings, close that window and your farm if it is open in another tab. Then reopen your farm and try again.

Also, reset your router/modem for a minute and see if that helps you.

About working ghost facilities, Im sorry but that is a trick and no one can help you with that through the forums.

I'm actually posting this for a friend, she was not able to post here for some reason.
She's cleaned everything out and rebooted and reset everything. She double checked the saving thing and that didn't work
