wf-3 cleared cache,memcache and still happens when working neighbors facs i get several done then the mayor pops up says he finished them which i would appreciate if he reaaly did but he didnt really do them my neighbor advised . And besides the fact I dont have a train so that feature from my understanding was for people who had trains so I think we have a glitch on wf-3 please advise

Let me take it back the Crane tool is not so fantastic. Raul any reason why the crane tool is moving the items onto the harvest side of the store. I don't want to sell the items i want to move them to another farm so this tool is useless for me as all the items on my farms are for production. I just used it to store flowers and they went to the items part of storage. You will see the harvested flowers in the Harvest side as the harvest of those items. Look in the Item storage with the filter set to flowers and you should see the plants to be reused.

Do the cars on the trains have to be the ones that actually pick up materials in order to have the added help on neighbor's farms? I have one with 10 working cars, and several trains with 2 or more cars that collect. It's expensive to buy all the cars that cost actual coins.

Even if you don't have a train you still get the minimum benefit from the mayor working part of it.
Can't say yet on the other facilities as mine are too low to tell from a post last night, but we will check on this.

Yes they do. You need 2 trains with 10 cars on each of those trains for the 100% work by mayor.
