it appears you need to have the gift packer on the farm you are on when upgrading, i will need to see that gets sorted out somehow

Umm I just opened my quest manager to complete my quest, I thought I had completed a couple and should have some points for them but didn't, thought I might had already claimed them but wasn't sure so I completed the one I had and did not get any credit for it so now I am sure I lost some points for completed quest.

you have not lost anything it is noy just the dev have boo informed about it

I had at least 6 quests completed 7 hours ago. Now my score reads 0. Please replace them before my time is up to claim farm cash on 1/2/15 in the early evening. Thank you

Your quests are there but you just can't see them in the chart. When it comes time for you to collect the button will turn blue and you will be able to collect for all completed quests.

How are we suppose to know how many we have completed,the chart shows 0,when i myself know i completed 1 quest,not sure about anyone else but i find this unacceptable,sorry just frustrated by not being credited for quests completed.
