He isn't looking for a refund. He said he can use his boats when working others farms. But if he hires someone without a boat of their own they can not use his boats.

I tried this and it did come back. No idea why it went missing but all is good now.

i can not recieve a turbo fishing boat and when i tried looking in to my tools all my turbo boats had gone but i can still use them on farms

Hi KY1960,
He can repurchase those boats for coins in the store. Have him look for the Duplicate button on those as that replaces the Buy button when you already own the tools.

you have the right person Geordie Jasper. He purchased more boats with coins but they disappear b4 he can put them in storage

Then he is going to have to contact Support as we have nothing we can do for that. We do not have any way to replace them.
According to has data he has not purchased any additional boats. They all show only 1 purchase and those are missing.

I understand. Please understand he can not contact support. He has tried but it will not allow him to contact them. Is there any way you can contact him through his email and talk with him? Being the third party go between is tough on my end. Maybe send him a message on farmtown or write him through his email.

He has registered in the forums so we will talk to him through the forums. We can not do email contact. He will have to try to contact Support or there is nothing that can be done for him. We are not the developers so we have no way to fix his problem.
