I moved your post to the thread about loading the game.
Your autologin is not a feature of the game. That is done by your browser saving your username and password. There is nothing we can do to help you recover that. You will need to look in your browser's settings for it.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Please be sure your browser and your operation system are up to date.

I'm not sure which browser you are using, but if it is Chrome, then it is not updated according to your picture.

After an update it is always better to close everything and restart your computer.

Hi idmcleod

We cant check your pc or your browser

The picture showing up in your previous post is showing that Chrome browser is not updated, that is why I asked you to check that in case you use that browser. If nothing has changed in your computer, that means you didnt do any update?

I also provided a link with suggestions to check but it is up to you if you want to do that or not.

If you want to change your email address for the forum please follow these steps:

Logged into the forum, click in User CP on the left top side of the forum.

You will see a menu on the left.

Click in Edit Email & Password option and a new window will open.

You do not need to change your password.

At the botton of that page you will see the option to change your email address for one you have in use and you can log in.

Then click in Save changes button.

By the way, that will change your email address for the forum but not your username for the forum.

If after changing your email address, you want to change your username, then send me or any of the other moderators, a private message with the username you want to use.

Are you sure you are in build 433? All of us are in build 679.

If you are using a saved link in your computer to load the game, then maybe it is corrupted, please close your game and use this link to enter the game.

If nothing works for you and considering you are getting a connection error, it could be a problem with your internet. Take in mind that most internet providers have a few paths (links) from them to the different apps. Between you and the servers there can be many links in the path. If the any one of those links to the FT servers is down or have heavy traffic at that moment, then you can't get to your farms or it can cause problems with your farms but other things will work perfectly to you as they used other paths.
