Thanks Taz, Windows is up to date and I have been through the suggestions on the first page several times over the past few weeks. I guess I'll just have to live with it,lol.

Just thought I'd update you, I cleared the memcache and it has improved it a great deal, though I have had a couple of crashes .

Again My girlfriend has been suspended from this game claiming she is using an auto clicker / bot. THIS IS A FALSE ACCUSATION!!! I have contacted support already and awaiting to hear back. I hope whoever runs this game enjoys the money we have spent on it because they will not receive any more purchases from us. This is ridiculous. All we are trying to do is enjoy farm town as a hobby for us to play together. If this isn't resumed soon we are going to look into legal actions against the company for possibly Defamation of Character. We they look through our computers and see there has never been an auto clicker then we will pursue it from there.

I am sorry, but when the server detects that someone is clicking too fast then it tags it as an autoclicker or bot. When you go too fast then you are using excessive time on the server which affects all who are trying to play. This speed is set by the server to prevent one input from causing problems for all. The only suggestion I have for you is for her to slow down her clicking in the game.

As you have already contacted Support you will need to resolve this with them as we do not have any control over the servers through the forums.

I cannot load the game in any browser (edge, chrome,opera). The screen stays black.

If I test these suggestions:
"1.WebGl Support: https://get.webgl.org/
If you see a rotating cube, your browser supports WebGL.

2.Simple WebGL/WebAssembly project:

You should see a blue sky with a couple of icons.

3.Unity WebGL/WebAssembly tank demo game:
https://files.unity3d.com/marcot/tan...736.1609800030
You should see small tanks and buildings in the desert.

4.FarmTown game with demo farms and no compression/caching (slow to load, please be patient):

I get these results:
1. works in all browsers. 3 also in opera. 2 and 4 stay black in opera, 2-4 show a 404 page in chrome and edge.

Any idea what I can do about that?

Are you trying to load the game from a saved link in your computer?
If so, please try to load your farms using this link:

https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/

Also check if your main browser is up to date and if you have any pending update for your computer.
After an update it is always better to restart your computer.

Hi Marymarcel,
I don't now why but today everything is running again. There was a windows update a few hours ago, maybe it was the reason. But on my other computer the game was running without the update. Very strange.
