AGAIN not loading, WTF are the developers up to?!!!

There is no need of credentials UNTIL the move off FB which I'm guessing is YEARS away if Flash is any indication.

The game is USELESS if it won't LOAD!!!!

I just loaded your farms in less than a minute. No you don't need the credentials until Farm Town web site is ready.



Please make sure your browser and computer are updated. If you do any updates please restart your computer to make sure the updates are applied.
Please try the suggestions in the first post of this thread.

I guess I am just dumb. I am not sure what you want me to follow. I have rebooted my computer and it is up to date. I never use your site, because I have had very little problems till now. Sorry

i am having trouble, opening quest, facility manager, train manager, can't use them, the quest shows the quest but can't load the next step. the facility manager, train manager are empty. Tried to open the facilities on the farm, and can't open there also.

Hi Nikki,
Please make sure your browser and computer are updated. If you do any updates please restart your computer to make sure the updates are applied. That includes your browser as they tend to put out updates weekly.

Hi Grandmas farm,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about loading issues since you are having trouble with more than just the quest manager.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

What about the other suggestions like restarting your modem/router?

What kind of computer are you using?
What do you see in the FT Console when you try to load the game?



The only other thing I can suggest is try a different updated browser. The problem is not the servers. I have loaded your farms with no problems.

i'm trying to work a neighbor's facilities but her FT won't load. oddly enough i had no problem with my own farm, which was open from last night but i had to reload the page today re registering.

Hi vonalm

Please be sure your browser and operation system are up to date. If you do any update it is always better to restart your computer.

If updates are not the problem, then close everything and restart your computer.

If nothing works for you then clear your browser cache. Please take in mind that after the clearing, the game will load very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.
