Just noticed none of the products from my Fish Farm Plants have been going to storage. I had millions in baits & haven't had any in awhile. I have a Fish Plant on all farms. My ID # is 749965636 . Thank You

Hi Jocelyn,
I moved your post to the subject thread about facilities.
The bait does not go to your storage. It goes to your waters. If you hover your mouse pointer over a fresh water item it will show you how much fresh water bait you have. The same with the salt water items as they will show you how much salt water bait you have.

Thanks for reply. When i tested it earlier nothing went anywhere from fish plants. Just re-checked it's now working. SN mentioned i haven't had bait in awhile-reason i checked. I've never run out before, i had millions.

Hi Jocelyn,
I see you have 4 fishing talke shops and those use your bait if you have it checked in those so depending on how many neighbors work your facilities and how many times you reload them thgat can use a lot of bait. You also have a lot of waters and every single fish uses a bait so that can use a lot of bait too.

Why can I not use start all on the petrochemical plant on polyester fiber? When I hit start all I must go in and load the polyester fiber separately from the other products in each of my petrochemical plants.

My game id # 100001461699292, and I am playing on Chrome browser.

Hi Don60Carter,

Thank you for your ID. Please open the facility manager and then open the Petrochemical Plant facility and see if the check mark is added in the box for polyester fiber. If that check mark is not there, that's why the Start All isn't working for you.

I bought a turbo loader, specifically, to load or start my oil facility and it doesn't do it. It tells me to change my facility filter and try again. I found that, but have no idea how to change it. Please help, Karen

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

To change the filters please follow these instructions:

Please open your Facility Manger and click on the Funnel Icon top right of the window that opens, then make sure that it is set like this for your facility tools to work on all facilities on all farms. Please remember to click the green check mark to save any changes.
