After sending your email address, did you open it and looked for the mail sent by the game?
You need to complete the process by opening the mail and clicking in Confirm your email. Then you have to reload the game.

If the email address showing up above the game screen is the correct one, then you dont have to click in Update.

And a huge thank you for the farm pass! What a great idea! I can't say I was especially looking forward to it but it is GREAT! The rewards are brilliant and achievable even in spite of being away for a whole week and even if there are some quests you can't complete there's still a very good chance of winning all the prizes! WOW!!

hey had a friend tell me that they got a seasonal goal to unload 10 ships, we only have 9 days till it starts over with next month, we only get one ship a day back so how is that going to work

Hi Tom C,

Just like Quests the goals are assigned at random. Not everyone will find every goal easy or even possible to complete as we get towards the end of the season.
In this case if someone already had some ships ready to unload this morning, those would count and they have the rest of the season to try and get the rest dispatched and unloaded in time. If they know that they can't achieve that, and still need more points then they will have to try to complete other goals.

I have a neighbor that has 44 farms with facilities to work both regular facilities and service facilities. When I started working them it was 9:51. When the service facilities finished it was 10:06. When the regular facilities finished it was 10:10. 19 minutes to work one persons facilities is to long. This is the extreme but they are all STILL working slow!

Please let us know which goal you are trying to complete.

I checked your farm pass and saw that daily goal for harvesting flowers is completed.
Other than that you have to work your friends Eye Clinic 217 times and by the time I checked it was 35/217

every time i try to register email i get a msg that says error sending email check email or try again later. the email address is correct so i dont know why it wont work.
