I would imagine since the Dev's didn't say that there was an expiration on the harvests we do get. that they must work pretty much like the trees do..

OK... buildings...COOL! Love you 'devs'. You surpassed FarmVille. In FarmVille, animals need to be IN barn to be 'harvested'.

Pro: This is great! Our animals finally do something!
Con: One day before this was released, I re-arranged by farms and sold all my critters because they didn't serve any purpose. Just my luck. LOL Even if my critters are gone, great new release!

Not inside buildings
Quote:
Sassy Kathy....Animals do NOt go inside buildings. They can be anywhere on your farm and they will be harvested when you click on building. |

I noticed people complaining about the animals slowing the game down. What I do is keep all of my animals (mostly cows) on my first farm with no crops. I grow all of my crops on my 2nd farm, then it doesn't slow the harvesting down when I hire people. Just a suggestion, in case anyone might be interested.

Thanks for the updates. Love them! I wanted to move some of my buildings to the second farm but found I couldn't move the animals. They don't have a storage option. Is this something that will be changed? Anyway...thanks again for keeping me interested in playing.

Because you can hire to harvest everything else on your farm why not the animals. As far as "All we need to do (if I understand it correctly) is click on building and it is all done! WOW!" Isn't that all you have to do with the crops is click on them and they are harvested, if that is the case why hire people to harvest. The answer is it is a social game and that is part of the social aspect of the game. Plus you get more coins for harvest if other people harvest for you then if you do it your self.

I put the wool shed and dairy shed on my second farm, and just love this idea! Thank you!
