I get that. All I am saying is we should have a fair chance of getting the items we need and when none of your neighbors are doing the same quests or any quests that use any of the items you need nor can you ask for help to get the needed items because you have 1 help note and 5 needed items that is not a fair chance.

Hi ccheney,
You also have another resource in the Social section in the Co-operative Quests - Help With Buying Item. Very rarely do I find a neighbor doingthe same quest, but I do find most common items in other quests from them. When I can't find the necessary item from them then I go to the thread in social to try to find it. There are also co-op quest groups in Facebook that you can join and find items through those too.
Remember that a quest is not like a just filling your facilities in the facility manager. It goes from the very first steps of growing/harvesting crops, trees or flowers needed all the way through to the last step of producing the item or loading the item in a service. That is why they can be hard because of the time required to do them or not having the facilities you need to complete them.

If you read my post I said there are times I need 5 items and get one help note.

Hi ccheney,
You will never get enough help notes to get everything. It has never been planned for you to be able to get all of the steps with help notes. You do not need a help note to be able to use the forum thread to go to someone's link in that thread and buy an item you need from them. You will pay a higher price than you would from a neighbor, but it is a way to get those items you can't get from your neighbors.

Would you please fix the known bug of the time delay when collecting FC for the quests. Every week when I collect my FC, it gets delayed for approx 3-4 minutes. A couple of weeks ago, I was able to change my collection date to Sundays at 8:30; Today I should have collected at 8:47 and wasn't able to collect until 8:51. Please fix this known bug. Thanks

I belong to a couple of the FT co-op bonus groups on Facebook and it really helps to get the items you need if your neighbors don't have them. The only way I've not been able to complete a quest is if I don't have the facility to finish the final step. Just a thought. Good luck.

Yes I do have to agree with the end process if we do not have the facility to finish then we should be able to work on a farm that has the facility in order to get the quest completed.

I had eight quests completed with one quest in the chart at 6days, 23hours 58minutes when the time to claim 2 FarmCash completed, i.e., 7 days had passed. Hitting the "claim reward" button returned "not enough quests completed", not even giving credit for three completed quests. Conclusion - this is one of the most expensive games you can play. Slashkey will do everything in its power to force you to pull out the old credit card and buy FarmCash. They would certainly win the "Biggest Rip-off" award if there was one for on-line games.
