Now that I can see the Turbo Loader on my farm, I see I have bought 2. How do I get my cash back?

You will have to contact Support about that. Nothing can be done through the forums for it. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form, and submit it. Be patient as it cvan take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks for them to get back to you depending on how many tickets are ahead of yours.

anyone else notice that the "best" diversification rank is not there now? there's a spot for it, it just isn't there...trying to figure out how to post a screen shot of it...

let's try this now, this should hopefully be a screen shot of where my best diversification rank SHOULD be....

Having fun with the new update. Just hope the next update helps finish out the remaining facilities to fill up with just a click of the button. <hint, hint> Again, thanks Devs for an enjoyable game!

and yes, i just ran the ft memcache cleaner, and it is still poof'd... weird.

Is it possible you have high numbers Pending and Done? That may be what is pushing your Best off the screen.
