The Global Ingredient planner is missing the Indian Restaurant. This is the only one I have found thus far. I checked with a friend who also has it missing from the Global Ingredient planner.

Guess I can assume that some got new levels and farm cash and others did not.

No one has gotten new levels or farm cash yet. Those have not been released yet. You will only get added levels and farm cash if you have the experience points to take you up to those.

First off I want to say thanks for the update. I have some mixed feelings as some others have posted about the turbo tools released but I can deal with it.
My main question is about the FC that I would liked cleared up before I buy any. It looks the same so are all the changes under the hood?
