How to proceed?

As I am growing in levels, I dont want to bite off more than I can handle. What area/facilities should I be focused on? Just by reading the guides and visiting some of the neighbors I have seems to be a little overwhelming. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Othanial,
Start with the basic facilities, wind mill, water mill, animal sheds and fill with animals, oil pump, and later oil refinery.

If you buy the first section of the second farm, then you can also buy additional farms the lower level sections to help you expand and have more space for crops and additional facilities.
