I was at a farm where they had a small field of hay bales a tractor and wagon like they were baleing hay.
How about being able to plant, then harvest with a baler to either feed the live stock
or sell per bale.

Yes, the animals do need to be on the same farm as the chicken coop, dairy shed or wool shed. The other facilities can be on any farm, as the goods are taken from storage, which is shared.

Chocolate Factory: produce Chocolate Liquor from the Cocoas in your storage (to be used as an ingredient for other products)

Please provide feedback and suggestions.

Does the game distinguished between goat and cow milk and hen and goose eggs when used in a recipe? I've been selling the goat cheese and goose eggs and just realized it might not matter to the game.
Thanks devs and mods for doing a great job!

Yes it does. at this time goat cheese and goose eggs can't be used for anything so you can sell them if you want.

Lettuce would be a great crop. Maybe ready in 6 hours. That's a good time.
