I have posted help notes and gotten help on my quests but an not sure how to respond when I see one on someone else's quest. Do they have to be neighbors
when I try to sell to a person no factory goods are available. been playing for years but just started using co-ops and chains. thanks

Hi fibberj,
I moved your post to the thread about the quests. In order to help someone with their co-op quest help notes you do have to be a neighbor. You also have to have enough of the item they need in your storage as those do come from you.

I keep getting the above message when I try to click on my quest chests. If I clear memcache it will let me click on it once but then if I try to the co op quest I get the same message. I am level 1355. I have emailed contacted support but while I wait I wonder if anyone else had this.

If you still have problems please close and reopen the game or run memcache and restart the game.

Why did I only gain 1 farm cash in this most recent quest when I completed 8 ll in time. not HAPPY!

Hi Lindylou,
You only got 1 farm cash because you only had 7 quests completed at the time you collected your farm cash.
The oldest quest for Load Sheep Silage completed on the 17th at 3:33 pm eastern time dropped off the list before you collected today at 6:16 pm.


Quests are only good for 7 days to the second after they have been completed. As that time expires they are removed from the total and list.


You have a way to see when quests will expire by checking the Show Quests button in the manager to see when the oldest quest will drop off the list.
