I just ran a deeper memcache for you. Please close everything again and reopen facebook and then the game.

If you still have the problem, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing it will load very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

It's very persistent. Maybe if I prepare the ship again it will go away.

First please try what I suggested you in my post just above your last one.

If those dont help you, then try to start the ship again.

If nothing helps, then please contact Support.

Oh, I did all those things but they didn't work. Preparing the ship again worked.

My containers are being filled. While that, I work on crops. I am not getting the call back when a container is filled. Thanks for having such a good game.

Hi Carol,
I have moved your post to Help and Support for the cargo ships as it is not about the latest release.

The behavior of when the notification popups will show and when they don't are:

• The popups will only show if you remain on the same farm while the ship is being prepared.
  
  
• When you go to other farms you need to check the ships yourself as they will stop showing up.
  
  
• If you reload the game and the last container is already prepared, then you will see the notification popup again.

In the game guide, it says for ships:

When a ship is Dispatched, you can click on the ? of each container in the Ship Manager to check how many of each products are currently loaded in the container, just mouse over the product images.

But when you do this, you don't get the amount in the container, you get the amount that's already in storage.

I do my ships faithfully each day, my PC's time and date is correct, so how come I suddenly have to wait 43 minutes between containers?
