I don't understand you, since I don't speak English nor American.

I just enjoy the diversity and couldn't care less how things are spelt. . Incidentally, I use the plough version of plow when it suits me. I am English and was taught to spell it the 'ough' way, back in school, many donkey's years ago and yes, we were also taught how to use punctuation, believe it or not. Maybe it's a lost art amongst young people nowadays, who can only spell in text language.
My biggest grumble is about beggers, spammers and those who use FT as a flirting/dating site, in the rudest way possible.

I don't think so Lara. I think that's the one which tells everyone they are going to be deleted if they don't pass on a particular chain message to 'at least' 15 people. Some people have nothing better to do with their time, I guess.

I agree with the first post my facebook is on UK English therefor the word should enter on my farmtown as plough. After all the language is English!
plow followed by plzzzz ( both an abortion of the language ) is a major irritant in this game.

Come on ! Surely there are more important things in this game that irritate you? If this was the only issue in FT I would be a VERY happy man!! We British have had to put up with having our language mangled by various nations (Yanks,Aussies, Kiwis etc.) for years!

I am a Kiwi but educated in an English school and yes the misuse of the language and spelling IS a major irritant I would rather crash every hour, and believe me I do, than see the English language mangled. Each to his own eh? I selected UK English in the hopes of correct English and get American.Go figure that annoys me.Perhaps because I teach English but I can also add faster than the geek with the calculator in the local shops and I also know how to use an apostrophe.Call me old fashioned! We were taught these things were important kind of like manners but the people on FT and obviously some on the forum are prepared to forgo all of these.
Sorry did I interrupt your graffitti time? perhaps you might want to make some cold calls during other people's dinner whilst you are at it.
