OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

Using my regular Chrome browser. Memecache cleared several times. Browser restarted.

Farm is loading very slowly. Anything other than initial farm view upon loading is not loading at all and the game stops.

that was the next issue I had after the post about the ponds.
in this case I was loading my warehouse when that red framed message showed below.
I have had a lot of them trying to load the warehouse.

Hi TwylahSkye,
If that is what you are getting when you are getting when loading, then it could be an internet problem. It could be any one of the many links between your computer and the Farm Town servers may be having a slow down or intermitent drop out.Un fortunately we do not have any way to test those or get them corrected.

It could still be an internet problem. I have just loaded mine and did not have any problems. Not sure why it would happen with the warehouse though.

It may be then that you encountered an error while playing the game if both Web Gl versions are working ok with those links. Please try clearing your browser cache, close and reopen your farms. Instructions for clearing are in the following link:

If that doesn't work try shutting down and restarting your computer.

Thank you Taz! I cleared the browser cache and then shut down and restarted my computer. I'm happy to say I'm back on and playing.

Hi Clohar,

Did you also clear the caches/history and check if Hardware acceleration was still enabled in Chrome?
Have you also done your computer updates and checked for video card driver updates?

If you have already checked the above items, and got you this problem after Chrome updated, do you remember if when you were last able to use that browser if you saw the following in the FT Console?:

LOGWarning: Your browser does not support "WebGL 2" Graphics API, switching to "WebGL 1"

If you were previously limited to using WebGL 1.0 that particular LOGWarning will no longer be showing up in the FT console any more and you will have to use a different browser.

WEB GL says its disabled and won't let me farm. I have crops pn 24 farms a, trees and etc, Please help me . I've tried downloadin WEBGL but it doesn't help . i finally unloaded it to see if i need it. I've farmed for almost 15 years and enjoy doing this game. Please help me. Linda Lightner.

Hi Linda

There is nothing to unload. Please be sure your browser is up to date and if you have any pending update for Windows.

Then close and restart your computer.

If you still have problems then clear your browser cache. If you need instructions, click in the following link:

If you are using Chrome browser and it usually changed from WebGL 2.0 to WebGL 1.0 then please go to the first post, first page of this thread and read all the information.
