Angel7 just posted that she cleared the memcache and it is now working for her.

What are you guys doing now? It's almost 10:50 Easter time USA and i can not work the hires and the NCC has only 1 hr and 9 minutes left to get our positions raised . Very bad timing.

I have a question about clearing the memcache. Are we clearing something in our browser(s) or on the FT server? I never know if I need to run it on both of the browsers I use or if that matters.

Hi Susan,
When you clear the memcache you are clearing the server to reload the data. It doesn't do anything to your browser. Clearing your browser cache is the only way to clear your browser. However when you do that then the farms load slower the first time because all the graphics must be downloaded again.

I tried what they said and it still causes errors even with the new ones, with that bug

I don't think the fix worked. A friend has done everything she was told to do more than once and we still can't do her facilities on the new links

Problem is back - xlink error when trying to work a neighbors farm that just posted a few minutes ago. Tried clearing the memcache again, but it didn't do anything. So, the problem is NOT fixed.....

P.S. when is said it was fixed before, I was able to work around 10 or so different neighbors farms, (both factories and clients) without any problems. Took a break for a few hours, planted around 12 of my own farms and then just tried to work a few more before retiring. So, it appeared to be fixed, but then it came back. Just wanted to clarify that.
