Developers have been working on the game issues.

If you still have problems please close and reopen the game or run memcache and restart the game.
If the problems continue, let us know so we can pass them to the developers.

Hello,
I'm having problems with accepting gifts. If I have over 50 gifts to accept and I hit change all, it changes them and I can accept the gifts (up to the point of how many we can accept at one time) but the game doesn't give me the option to send gifts back to all like it did before. If I have under 50 gifts then I can accept all and it gives me the option to return gifts to the senders. Please help. This is a glitch, I've been playing the game from the start and I know how to gift. Thank you.

I moved your post to the thread about Gifting.

How long have you been having this problem?
Asking this as yesterday there were issues with the game and one of them was gifting.
If you have not tried this yet, please run memcache, you have the link below the game screen where it says Clear Memcache.
You will see a list of unsettings, close that and restart the game.
Then try to accept and send back gifts when you have more than 50 in Pending tab.

Also remember that if you sent gifts using the Other wall requests, where you can see your friends requests for gifts up to 5 times, then those friends will not be available to send gifts back if you inmediately accept their gifts in the Gift manager.

If nothing helps you with the problem, then please contact Support team to let them check on your problem.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. I don't think my gifting machine is working. I have the orange gifting machine, but I still can only send gifts once every 8 hours. I have the gifting machine in storage. Am I missing a step or doing something wrong?

Hi PharmerRhonda,
Chech your times clock tool in your toolbox after you have sent gifts and see how much time it shows until you can resend gifts. It should say 2 hours.

Thank you, Taz. I'd swear it wasn't working, that I'd kept trying to send gifts, and it wouldn't let me until the 8 hour mark. But it did let me send them now at the 2 hour mark and the toolbox clock does mark it as 2 hours. So maybe just a weird glitch, but its working now .

I figured out my gifting issue, I have to reload my farm after the 2 hours, before it will let me send gifts (even if the clock says it is time to send.) So all good now that I understand that.

I have all the gifting machines. When I click 'accept' in the pending gifts on a gift, 4 gifts end up in my gift box. But when I complete accepting all the pending gifts, the total number of gifts ending up in my gift box is far short of the number of gifts I think I should see; considering the starting number of pending gifts, then multiplying by four from using the yellow gifting machine. I lose many dozens of gifts each day this way. What am I missing, or is this a glitch? My wife sees this same problem on her farm. We wonder if there's something we're not understanding about receiving gifts.

Hi Tregurtha,
Not all of the gifts do you get the 4 gifts forall gifts. They only apply to crops, trees, flowers, animals and production ingredients. So depending on what you are accepting determines how many you will get.
