1 - Can't go from one farm to next, loose farm layout on top, disappeared
2 - Can't work other super neighbors farms 3 - Can't work trading house until level 20, i'm at 1525 4 - Can't do quests Listed individually problems, hope this help's, noticed others with similar problems. It's just another bump in the road lol It all started 10:00 pm CST, still at same situation at 9:00 am CST THANKS for all the help and support you give. |

Still cannot get onto the site, I think maybe it is my login that is the problem as I have a new chrome book and a tablet and I cannot get access on either, this is the notice using my chrome book. I would appreciate some help as I do miss my farms.

I have moved your post to the thread about loading problems. Please check to see if you need any updates for your browser or computer. If you do have to update then be sure you restart your computer. What anti-virus program are you using? Certain ones of those or some of their attatchment programs tend to not work with the game. If it was you login then you would not see any of those loading lines at all in the FT Console. Please provide your User ID number for your farms. You can find that at the bottom of your farms page. I am using a chrome book now and this is the message I recieve also the other message was from my tablet. Before I was using a laptop with basic Microsoft virus protector, so all three are different and I still cannot get in. I have been with you for over 10 years with no problems so this must be some kind of issue with my login which again I have used since joining. Can someone in your technical department please look at this for me. Hope the screenshots are readable to you, not used to the chromebook yet.

Three days ago, I upgraded my iPhone & iPad to the latest IOS 18.4 software…since then, I am unable to enter Farm Town on my iPad using “DuckDuckGo” (my primary browser choice). Since it still works on my iPhone, I tried using my iPad’s primary browser “Safari” & got the following error message: “a problem repeatedly occurred on https:/apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/“…
(I am also able to access Farm Town on my (old) desktop PC…no issues there.) But I prefer to use my iPad most of the time — can you assist me with this problem?

I am sorry but no there isn't any way for us to help you with that. The developers have never supported playing on phones or tablets. None of us use either of those devices to play. The only thing I can suggest is to contact Apple support and see if they can figure out why.
