OFFICIAL Neighbors, Super Neighbors, & Buddies

I have a neighbor I design a farm for. I had a winter scene and changed everything to a spring scene. I have deleted sold deleted sold..all of the winter stuff comes back no matter what I try. Any sugestions?

I moved your post to the thread about Neighbors and Super Neighbors.

I just tried with a superneighbor farms where I have design privilages and I had no problems.

Please check if all permissions are given and if they have enough coins in case you are trying to purchase items. Also, if you are getting your farms from a saved link in your computer, try to load your farms from your facebook home page by clicking in the game icon on the left column.
Then load your superneighbor farms.
Also, after deleting or selling something click in the disk icon to save changes.

Try clearing your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it was open in other tab. Then reopen your farms and check if the changes in your superneighbor farm stay.

If nothing works, you both could delete each other as superneighbors, then reload your games and then add each other again.

Thank you for the speedy reply! click in the disk icon to save changes? where is that?

Well I saved the changes. Cleared everything checked on permissions and it all came back again. And I reloaded from facebook.

Have you both deleted each other as superneighbors, reloaded your games and then added back?

If you havent, then please try that and see if that fixes the problem.

If not, then contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

so i haven't used buddies in forever, but will we be able to SN buddies, and will we have the ability to change out or neighbors?

All the information will be available as soon as we and Raul can post it after the website is released. It does not help to ask questions or speculate about things until it is released and the information is available from the developers.

i am NOT speculating slashkey put up the notice to start to buddy our friends now ,, however there is no info in chapter 5 as to what buddies can and can not do so that we can decide on who to neighbor vs buddy ....

please stop accusing players of 'speculating' when we ask questions on information slashkey is posting to us,,,
