Default new updates

Well the new changes are not good.
The harvesting is some what ok but the PLOWING sucks.
As soon as my farm is ready to harvest i will do that and then go play on Farm ville. It has been a fun ride. If you do change it back or make it better then what it is let me know.

Oh we can read Metallicat, so let's not get crappy toward each other. The new change "fixed" an existing problem. But...it caused another problem with which a lot of folks are not happy. It is no longer as much fun to work for another farmer because things move so slow. The more graphics and stuff a farm has, the slower it goes. The avatar has to go around things and invariably takes the long way to get to the fields he/she is working. Regarding lost XP and coins...get over it and keep working, I say. It's only a game, but now it isn't quite as much fun as it was before today's change.

To the developers: You are amazing, and I wish I could write these kinds of programs. You've given us what we've asked for, listened to our whining, and added the coolest things to the store. It's just that this change isn't one of the greatest things you could have done. Yes, I experienced losses of XP and coins occasionally, and worked fields for literally nothing at times, due to some glitch. But I just moved on and kept vigil in the Marketplace to get as much work as I could. The most recent fix just took a lot of the fun and challenge out of the game.

Then it wouldn't matter about the speed... or the crashes...
Yes this would be a great idea!

While I was working a pattern from top to bottom, or sometimes from left to right and right to left on my side of the fields, this woman got some nerve to intrude on my side while I was working on the pattern from top to bottom. When I got to the bottom I saw that she was clicking away the fields on my side of the farm. I was so mad!!! You try to be fair and divide the farm in the middle, but this rude and greedy woman came and clicked away on my side of the farm. So in order to get back at her, (I could click a lot faster than her), so I went to click on her side of the fields to see how she liked it.

With all due respect, who on earth made up the game rule that all harvesting and plowing must be equally divided among all players on that farm? I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. So if I'm a fast accurate clicker, by your rules, I have to be "nice" and share 50/50 or 33/33/33 or 25/25/25/25 even if the other players are slow, "freezing", don't know how to play, etc.? And if someone gets more than their share, you label them rude and greedy? What do you do, count the squares just to be sure??

Welcome to the Socialist Republic of FarmTown.

Although I understand the logic mentioned above, I still do not like most of the latest update. I have to agree with most the it takes too long to get everything done now. I had gotten used to doing the farms that I worked quickly as not to time out but now that is just not happening at all. I greatly appreciate the time and thought that went into this upgrade but I think some of the bugs will need to be worked out again. Although this will not deter me from playing Farmtown specifically because I have to farms and I am at the highest level.

It seems that Farm Town is getting more and more complex. I loved this game in the beginning but now it's beginning to be a thorn in my back side. The cost upgrading your second farm seems to be too much as well as trying to harvest/plow now. It's very aggravating to us that have been playing this game diligently, countless hours trying to progress in this game to now be receiving "i'm busy when trying to plow or harvest". I agree with some of the changes you have made but this one by far the most "messed up" the game has been.

The new harvesting and plowing is horrible. I worked hard to learn how to do it faster, and now it takes forever to get anywhere. I don't care for Farmville because it takes ages to get anywhere and now this is getting just like it. I have lost LOTS of XP points and fixing it this way is not fixing it at all. Thanks for nothing.

Some users will complain? You have over 40 pages of complaints on the first day...... was there more than 40 pages of complaints about XP ad coins missing????

Thanks for this, as it was annoying trying to harvest when they hit the field your working as they would run around you and try to make you leave. BIG THUMBS UP!
I am not a "super clicker". If I am working a farm by myself I click as fast as I can to get the job done as fast as I can. When I'm working with others I try to keep pace with them and If I finish my area before someone else I back off. I've had people harvest and plow over me too but I don't whine about it. No it's NOT as quick as it was before. The majority of the post about this say it's not.
