HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

my farm user id has changed?? I've posted my problem on my facebook profile as I have problems posting pictures here. My user ID is usually 1617541959 but it isn't that in the pic. The number in the picture leads me to a new farm which isn't mine.

Hi Alexandra_J,
Did you recently remove and re-add the Farm Town app?

When you go to your original farm id do you arrive as a visitor or as the owner of the farm?
Are you sure you didn't sign in to a new account? The name for the other account is Ryann.
Facebook assigns the ID numbers. They are not assigned by Farm Town. Go to your Facebook settings and in the left column find Apps and Websites and click on that. Then click to Edit Farm Town and see what number is there.

Hi Taz, if you look on the comments on my facebook profile. Most of my friends have the same user ID at the top (in the red banner)

My facebook ID at the bottom is still the small number: 1617541959. My original id leads me to my farm which is correct. i'll send my facebook user Id in facebook comments too so you can have a look. I haven't removed the app either on facebook.

What you are trying to send will not sdo any good as we won't see the information you see.
Please answer my questions.

Are you using a saved bookmark to get into Farm Town? If so don't as that can change. Use the shortcut in the left column of your Facebook home page or use the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forums.

when i go to my original user id I go as a owner. Nothing has changed my end except the user id number in the red banner.

Hi Alexandra_J,
Go to your farms from the shortcut in the left column of your Facebook home page or Use the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forums. Those should take you to your farms and not the other one.

It takes me to my farm ok, but why is my user ID different. Others have the same ID in the red banner.

I have no idea why. As long as you are getting to your farms then I wouldn't worry about it at the moment.

Others have the same user ID though in the red banner. Will it fix itself?
