OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

It's doing it at all hours of the day and night. Not sure what else to do. Speed tests are fine and MOST other sites as well. Oh well.

Hi Lisa,
There is nothing you or we can do to fix this. The only thing you can do is wait and hope whoever has the problem gets it fixed soon. Your speed tests and other sites do not use the exact path through the internet that the game uses, so that doesn't tell you anything except that they are ok.

Hi Margaret,
I moved your post to the thread about loading issues.
Please post the entire error message as I am not sure what the dtx5 is.
Please note that the game does not support tablets or phones for playing the game as most do not have the required capability to do all things in the game.

In the future when you have an error in the FT Console just highlight it and copy then paste it in post here rather than trying to get a picture of it.
