OFFICIAL Freight Trains

I know I asked before and thought I had written it down. I have 2 trains on Farm 14 (enhanced and supreme) and 1 on Farm 22 (standard). I want to change the supreme to ultimate. Then I get lost. Once I change those engines, can I use the supreme on the train with the enhanced engine and then move the enhanced to the standard? I think I'm saying it right. This time I will write it down. Thank you!!
