Good morning Devs! I just wanted to say "thank you" for all the work you do. I love this game and it's frustrating right now, but as usual, you guys and gals are working on all the glitches and I'm just being patient. Thank you for doing your best!!!!

Hi JNelson,
My farms are rearranged and they all show in that list in that order. Maybe it has something to do with the numbers you have in the names that is confusing.

i have not got my semi trucks make. Was wondering when they will come back to my farm.

Hi Peggy,
The semi trucks are tools. Please check your preferences and make sure that you have Show Tools checked. Then check the farms they are supposed to be on to see if they show. Do you see them in the facility manager?

Please provide your ID number so we can check this. You can find your ID in the banner at the top of your farms and also at the bottom of your farm page.

Hi Fireball,
Does it go ahead and fill them? Does the game not error out or freeze when this shows up?

I will copy your post to the closed thread for the developers about bugs in the game.

Facilities are filled and I do not freeze up
Don't know about posting while this problem is going on. It has been happening the last couple of days.
It doesn't occur when filling service, facilities only

hi, only two of the three buttons work in my facility manager. Harvest All, Store All and Start All do not work and come up with the following messages:

1. Harvest All; The harvest all operation has no effect on any of the facilities that you have in your farms.

2. Store All; The harvest all operation has no effect on any of the facilities that you have in your farms.

3. Start All ; The harvest all operation has no effect on any of the facilities in this view. Please adjust the facility managers filter and try again.

I have been into the filter and changed the settings to All, but none of these buttons work in any configuration.

Please reply with your thoughts on this matter, is it something I'm doing wrong or a programing fault? Thanks 1648783593

Hi raygimbert

Please open your facility manager and click in the funnel again.

It has to be set the following way

After changing anything in it, please click in the green check mark to save changes.

my question is not to do with the update so hope im on right page for a long time now working friends facilities when your done the posts goes pink but not all of them do so i started to go back to them and some i can go back to 8/9 times till all the work is done its doesnt seem right when we have the trains to let the Mayor do them.all so i would like to thank all the team for the work there doing with the change over great job
