OFFICIAL Wall Request Issues

When I tried to post my factories I get the wall notification but then I can't post to facebook and get error App not active and something along the line that the app developer is aware of this issue. Also, have noticed the game is not running fast. Accepting and exchanging gifts, planting and harvesting, loading ships, trains, etc.

Farm Town is not available at this time.

The developers are working on the problem with Facebook for this security issue.

Hi Tom C,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the wall requests.
That page updates when you pen it. If you have been working posts and want to see if any new posts have been added you have to refresh the page. It does not automatically refresh.

Hi, I have that "someone" problem again.
Cann't see any names of neighbours who worked my farms, no names available on all 3 "my Requests" tabs.
I reported it with the helpdesk. Maybe there are other farmers having the same problem?

Hi Palmarina,
That would be a transfer problem with the data from Facebook. Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Hi Taz, clearing the memcache didn't help.
But now, after an hour, the issue has gone.

I have a friend who regularly updates her facilities and posts new requests. (I've asked her). But whenever I go to work it, it comes up in pink (as if already worked) and gives me a message "oops, you have already worked these facilities", even though it's a NEW request. I haven't been able to work her facilities for a couple of days. Her name is Carla Godwin, "Sweet Tater". She checked and it works okay with other friends, so its just me that is having the problem. I've already memcached, cleared history, restarted the browser, restarted FarmTown and tried to work the new request from the Most Recent FB News Feed. Nothing works.

Hi KoalaBear,
I moved your post to the thread about the facility requests.
The time between is not based per farm set. You must have at least an 8 hour time that do not work any facility request posts, before you can rework any of them. A new post from them does not bypass that requirement.
