OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

I just tried to work neighbors facilities through Wall Requests on new website and it did not work. I clicked on the link that says click here nothing happened. How do we go about clearing memcache on website?

Don't know if anyone can work posts - when I copied the link on a post it said "void(0):"

I have not been able to work facilities from the Wall Requests on the website.

I have just tried this and no we are not able to connect to any of those. I have sent this off to the developers already.

My game says ABOUT:BLANK#BLOCKED when trying to work a facility request or ingreds request on the slashkey wall request.

Please note we are aware of the problem with the Facility Wall Requests and the Other Wall Requests.


This has been sent to the developers. Please be patient until they can get this fixed.


It is not necessary for you to post about this as it has been reported already.

I haven't seen this problem posted anywhere so I don't know if it is just something wrong with me. Using a personal computer with Chrome as my browser, while doing tasks on my farm or harvesting crops of neighbors suddenly the whole site goes down and I get this message "An embedded page at l1.slashkey.com says your browser does not support WebGL." I checked and I have the newest version of WebGL. My Chrome is up to date as well. I hope this is a glitch that you can solve because it is very annoying to have to sign back in and find out where I left off .

Hi Outback Annie,
You will get that message when you get any error that crashes your game. It is not that your browser doesn't support WebGL 2.0, but just means that has stopped working because of the error.
Make sure your computer is updated too. If you have to do any updates be sure to restart your computer.
When that happens please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

The game is secure. Click on the link at the top of the forums and it will take you to the secure link for the game. It has the https:\\ heading.

The forums have never been a secure site because it is an open forum. However your information on here is secure. Only the administrators can see your email address or get to your account data, so we can help with solving problems and questions you have. No one can see your password, so there is no need to constantly change it.
