There is a known issue with levels for those with 1 million XP or more, and the devs are working on it. Please read the first post in the following thread and follow the instructions:

Thank you Raul, that is what I was understanding. Thanks for the great new changes, I love them. Love the new trees. Actually everything. Can't wait for more land.

I would like to know if you have ever thought of putting water troughs in the store for us to buy to give our animals water, like we can on Farmville/

I am having a hard time finding out that that level is! LOVE the new Additions. ESPECIALLY the boulders!!!!

Wow Love all the new stuff!!! But I have a little problem well my friend has a little problem, see this morning before they did all these great changes she went and bought a few things and leveled up and bought a mansion. Then later tonight she logged on to see how her crops were doing and next thing she knew her mansion was gone... half of her XP's were gone and she did not even get her money back for what she paid for the mansion and now she does not even know where to go to ask what she should do to get her money back. Any suggestions????
