HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

still can not get access to whole game, no use playing when you can't even check on your farms to see what is needed.
I know, you will send a message telling to me check again. won't do any good...

Please post in the Migration thread since you can get into your farms instead of here. You can see what is available in the first post of that thread and that is where you will see any updates.

Hi, I am still unable to get into the game and stay there. I have gotten in a couple of times for short periods of time, but then it freezes and I can't get in again.

The last 2 lines of the log:
2021-01-18 23:42:17.844 INFOCheckpoint-U-55 - Init ItemDefs - Mem: 28/128 MB
2021-01-18 23:42:19.832 ERRORNullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Then goes to the grey screen with the sad face.
I use Google Chrome, and we have checked that it is up to date. We have tried other browsers with no luck.
Could it have anything to do with Flash....I haven't uninstalled it as yet.....should I?

Hi Sandgar,
It is not necessary to repeatedly post this. The developers are looking into all these problems trying to come up with solutions.
Only thing I can suggest is to clear your browser cache and see if that gets you back in. You might want to try the suggestions in the announcement at the top of each section of the forums about not being able to load. Here is a link to that:

No it does not have anything with Flash being installed or not.



You might also try another browser to see if it will load with that. If you do you will need to set u the cookies and pop ups for that browser before you try to load it.

You do not need to keep posting this. The developers are working to try to find solutions for the loading problems.
