To fertilize all 28 farms she would need 1400 manure every 3 days. So if she is able to harvest them everry 12 hours, she needs 234 pigs. But if she is not getting them every 12 hours then she would need more. Also if she plans on adding more farms then she would want more to build up stored amount to cover those farms. The key is 50 pigs per farm for every 3 days.

Thank you Taz .. now they have a goal number to strive for as they expand thier current farms and add new ones when they can.
