Hello,

I am attempting to add, or request, neighbors. I've been out of the game for a while and can't for the life of me figure out how to do this. I found it one time, lost it and cannot find it again. Also, I have been unsuccessful in linking my account.

Please, any guidance you might offer will be greatly appreciated.
