Hello, I accidently purchased an item with FC. I have sent numerous emails using the support option but have not received any acknowledgement that my emails were received. I would like to get a refund for this accidental purchase.

Hi Windcaller,
The only way you can get a refund is through Siupport. We can not do refunds through the forums. When did you send the ticket to Supprt and what item did you accidently buy?


Edit: They have answered you. Please check your spam folder for your comcast.net email. You need to delete the item from your farms and then reply to the ticket.

Emails were sent yesterday and today.

Hi Windcaller,
According to Support you used a comcast.net email to send the ticket to them. Is that the email you are checking for their reply in the inbox and spam folder?
They are sending you a private message here in the forums so look for that.
