Sorry my fault for not saying what I was doing. No I was not doing facilities. I had already done those and went thru the points thing with those. I was finished with everything for the day when I closed out for the evening. As an easy explanation I guess,, at the time I noticed the missing points was the next morning when I got back in to the game and started working in the morning. So something happened overnight. The bonus batch points were long taken care of before then.

The bonus batch points would not have updated as long as you were working on your farms. They would only update after you restart your farms. That is the only way any XP would have been removed. There is nothing else that changes the XP you see.

I disagree unless I haven't been paying attention all along. When I start all on my factories and facilities I lose the bonus points right then and there. For example if my factories get me 535,000 points and my facilities get me 265,000 that would be 800,000 XP's total. But I usually get like 600,000 or so when I look at my points. So you're telling me there are more points deducted later on? Like I've said I never really looked.

Whatever the case, thanks for looking into it and answering me. It's not that many points in the overall scheme of things. I was just wondering if something had happened is all. Thanks again!!

Hi Comeback Farmer,

If you wish you can contact Support and have them look into it. I do not see anything in your data that would remove any XP points.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.
