I have not been receiving daily lottery coins for approximately the past several days. I have linked my farm to the forum, as well as cleared browsing cache, however still unsuccessful. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to rectify this.

Hello Riley and welcome to the forum.

The levels are dependent on the number of XPs you have. Only players who were already on level 60 before the introduction of levels 61 - 80 and who had sufficient XPs were jumped to higher levels.
