UPDATE -- I just went back on after being on the forum and everything looks harvested now. But I am leaving this up in case someone else has this same glitch.

I had the same problem today. Everything harvested kept coming back and I had to hire again. Then it took 5 trips to the market to sell it all. I'm sure they will fix this soon.
