Your super neighbor would not see a change in the amount immediately. Your data is not going to update that quickly for her.

I am sorry, but we do not have any way of restoring any missing crops.

The only thing I can suggest is for you to try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try planting again.
