I just remember seeing it as part of a scoping announcement early on. I did a bit of searching and came up empty. What my old feeble mind remembers is something that said that the list you make for this ship will be the default for the next ship, and you can make adjustment as needed. That would be a super idea since the current concept of accepting a gift as the primary indicator that a neighbor will push your ship in a timely manner is a flawed idea.
