Those will not count toward the batches you need for the next belt because they do not use your own ingredients.

no not that when you fill the facilities it say how many more for the next belt, when you start you have white, yellow, orange, green, blue before you get to brown which gives you a bonus, i usually fill them so it says 10 to brown belt but next time i go to the same facility it has reverted back to the white, yellow, orange, green, blue belt to be filled before you get to brown
