hello.
Begining about the same time as the new release my screen set up has changed and the top task bar(the one with experience points ect) and bottom screen (the one with my neighbors) are located closer to the middle of my screen thus interfering with my harvesting, linking to neighbors farms, chatting, plowing and so forth, I heard someone with a similuar issue in one of the markets. I can not locate a place to adjust this setting and know that it is not happening on everyones account.
going bug eyed trying to keep my play area between these two task bars.
