Hi coolcolin

I moved your post to the thread about Cannot Load the game.

Please be sure Chrome is up to date, I got an update yesterday. Also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.
After any update it is better to restart.

If the previous suggestions are ok, then close everything and restart your computer. Check if you can then load the game.

If not, check if the hardware acceleration is still enabled in Chrome. To check this:
  • Click in the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your browser page
  • Click in Settings from the menu
  • On the left, click in System
  • A new page will show up, check if Hardware acceleration option has a blue button to the right. If the button is grey then click in it to turn it blue.
If you are asked to relaunch the browser, please do it and then try to load the game again.

Last thing for you to do if nothing helped, is to clear your browser cache. You have instructions in the following link:
http://r1.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=421890

Please take in mind that after the clearing, the game will load very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

If nothing worked for you, then contact Support team. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

http://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/settings2/support/

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
