You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

My Internet Wifi speed on my phone is: 866mbps (assuming it will be the same for the laptop) and have no problems with slowness with that. I have my requirements for my laptop on my Facebook page. I'm still on Windows 10 as it won't allow me to have windows 11 as I need one more requirement for that. I'll put them public for you and then post pin it to the top.
