This festival has been set up on a dock on the bay. Being set up in the middle of the bay surrounded by water is an extra special treat while riding the festival rides, especially the Ferris wheel. The lights from the town above and lights from the dock shining on the bay waters is a site to behold, exciting, mystical and romantic. Add a few fireworks for a special treat and you couldn't ask for a more enjoyable place to have fun
