If you want to ban any game pick a few Zynga games and ban them.
Consistent problems with those games. I very rarely have any with this game. It is the only game I still play since I joined FB in 2009.
The lifelines do work for the quests. I've never had any problems with them. Neither have any of my friends.
And "lack of detail"...let's not even go there.
