I have sent several emails regarding my 'taste of Scotland' cash facility missing.
I bought it and placed it on farm 7 so I could use it in the neighborhood quest.
I have sent at least 3 emails! No one has responded yet!!
it's been over a month! not even received an email letting me know they received mine.
I buy farm cash regularly check my account! I am not going to spend my real money until my farm cash for the facility is refunded.
I will also not get farm pass next month. this is ridiculous. I'm a patient person but this is going too far tbh
