Just take in mind that not all farmers can stay lot of hours in the game, I have some that only play during the weekends and the rest of the week they hardly do something.
Or they have family emergencies, or go for vacations but they do not set themselves as unavailable etc.
Try to check what they do or not do as much as you can and then make a decission about what you want to do with them |
