I moved you post to the thread about the farm pass. Are you accepting original gifts of Mango trees or are you exchanging gifts for them?
Are you accepting them in the Pending Gifts in the game or getting them from a gift site?
They must be original gifts (not exchanged for) and can only be gotten from the Pending gifts.
