Not a fix but I have found by doing the trees first you get them all in one pass, but after you have done the crops about a third of the trees are missing until the farm is reloaded! Also other items on the farms partially disappear i.e. trains, water etc as well.

This has been reported to the developers. Only thing we can do now is wait for them to look at the problem and hopefully get it fixed soon.
